About the last post, consider it more or less withdrawn. Not in it's entirety, but the whining, needlessly self-righteous bit. Life has a way of balancing out after all. In my litigation class tonight, we had our hearings for our motions to compel. Because of the evidence we used to support our argument, our professor granted our request and we were allowed to view the attorney-client communication we had requested.
